We leave June 23rd, 2011, in just one month, for our grand family adventure. The front seat of our vehicle will include Dave, Dad, photographer & trip planner and Kirsten, Mom & driver extrodinaire. In the back seat will be Caleb, the boy, soon to be 11; he will probably be found reading or studying about the historical significance of the sites we will visit; and Anika, the girl; who will most likely be found to be playing with some rock or flower collection she has amassed from our last site visited. And in the far rear of the vehicle, will be me, your blogger. While you don't find many canines who can type, I am of course the exception and quite exceptional if I do say so myself.
Check back here often as I will try to write and post Dave's pictures as often as possible. Dave has told me many of the campgrounds we visit will have wireless connectivity. Isn't that a bit weird? Camping with the internet? Ah well - it's your gain, as you will be able to share in our adventure.
Well, I have to run - need to make sure Dave and Kirsten are packing my bed and my bones.
